We are a leading independent provider of power semiconductor assembly and test services to the power semiconductor market. We provide comprehensive assembly and test services to a diverse customer base, which includes most of the major power semiconductor manufacturers in the world. Our top five power semiconductor customers represented over 90% of our revenues in 2007. They are:

Our focus on assembly and test services for power semiconductors makes us the preferred service provider in the power semiconductor market. We provide our customers with a broad array of packages and services designed specifically for power semiconductors used in telecommunications and networking systems, computers and computer peripherals, consumer electronics, electronic office equipment, automotive systems and industrial products.

In addition to our power semiconductor assembly and test services, we also provide assembly and test services for specialized non-power semiconductor packages used for industrial, automotive, military and computer peripheral applications. In 2006 approximately 96% of our revenue was from assembly and test services for power semiconductors, while the remainder came from assembly and test services for other standard products.

Our principal stockholders are Merrill Lynch Global Emerging Markets Partners, L.P. and Primasia Private Equity Management.
