Small Signal Transistor
Small Signal Transistors are transistors with a power dissipation of less than 1W (the power dissipation represents, for lead mounted types, rating at 25 0C free air or ambient temperature). This category includes all RF and microwave small signal transistors, dual transistors, field effect transistors and all general purpose bipolar small signal transistors.
