Voltage Regulator

Voltage regulators are devices or control devices for the circuit, which provides a constant output voltage to the load irrespective of variations in output current or input voltage. They include linear voltage regulators and switching voltage regulators.

Linear voltage regulators include positive and negative regulators, as well as low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators. LDO's minimize the necessary input voltage differential for proper regulation, making these ideal for battery-powered applications.

Switching voltage regulators include buck and boost regulators, charge pumps, AC-DC converters, inverters and pulse width modulated (PWM) and pulse frequency modulated (PFM) control circuits.

We have package offerings for a variety of voltage regulators. We can build voltage regulators in the following packages:

  • SOT-23
  • SOT-223
  • TO-126 / SOT-32
  • TO-92
  • TO-251 (IPAK) / TO-252 (DPAK)
  • PowerQFN
  • TO-220
  • TO-220 Fullpack
  • TO-263
  • PowerFlex ™
