TO-126/SO-32 is similar to SOT-82 package outline, a plastic single-ended leaded, through-hole package but mountable to heatsink. It is designed to cater to high current/low voltage and high voltage applications.
This is normally used in Hi-Fi amplifiers and television circuits as driver stages, in lamp ballast as transistors, switching & phase controls and high voltage converters for audio power amplifier. |
